About Me

10+ Years Operating Experience in the Startup Space

I had the honour of taking on COO and leadership positions at three growth-stage startups in the fields of Web3, B2b SaaS and Enterprise Software, AdTech, Payment Analytics and Infra

My exposure to the startup scene began while running the NUS Overseas Colleges (NOC) in Silicon Valley, an experiential entrepreneurship program for NUS undergrads. This program has been the starting ground for successful founders of startups like Carousell, Shopback, 99.co and more.

During my time at these startups, I have covered:

• Fundraising: Creating pitch decks, financial models, creating & maintaining data rooms, cap table simulations, due diligence, investment documents. We raised rounds from Seed to Pre-B

• People-Management: Expanding the team to 50+ across various functions in SG, PH, MY, AUS, TH, VN, ID, IND

• Strat Planning and Alignment: Lead strat planning sessions for management, alignment with whole company, co-executing, owning the P&L
